It’s going to be difficult shipping out players who are injured eg AP, Hendry and Eythor

im hoping Thor gets his chance as I thought he looked decent last year. Hendry can go, total waste of space and money, and AP (as much as I do think there’s a player there) he doesn’t want to be here, cut our losses and release him.

as for €7m for Maswanhise… as Roy Keane would say…. Cloud cuckoo land.

Id bite your hand off for €7m.

I would imagine if the rumour had any credibility it would be a done deal.

Cant imagine the club haggling over much at that fee.

Happy enough for Maswanhise to still be here after the window closes. Would surely be a motivator for him to get a move in January?

is he not out of contract in the summer?

I cant see anyone paying more than 3 million for him tbh but 7 million euros i think thats over 5 million pounds would be a no brainer.

I do think it be best for us if he moves on just hasnt been at the races before the season finished and hasn't had best start to the season for me.These things happen but best for both parties.

Re Stam , talent without hard work is no use in a Motherwell team...I dont think he is a particularly good player either so yep, I would ship him first chance

I was big defender of Stama and kept thinking he would come good. Injury prone plus fact sydney fc didn't want to sign him after loan deal says it all.  Shame as I think our system under AJ suits him best

He’s a very good player and he’s a decent striker, still arguably our best striker (you don’t get caps for Australia, especially at the time he did if he was a dud)

but it doesn’t matter if you play amateur or pro, if your heart isn’t in it and there’s no enthusiasm….. it’s pointless…. Time to go I’m afraid

That’s the thing isn’t it. Someone will take him for nothing I’m sure and it’ll free up a wage.

Maswanhise isnt going anywhere, no one will pay our asking price based on the pish hes served up of late. Thor needs a chance, Hendry and Jordan McGhee are a waste of a wage and need to go. Stama is pish he can go too.

I agree JT is likely to stay, but buying clubs won't be heavily influenced by his form after a late start to the season after injury. 6 goals from the right wing by November and the interest will be there again.

Heard the Arabs (not Dundee United) are monitoring the situation closely.

Interesting, if true, the Saudi pro league if thats the particular Arabs you are referring to are no strangers to paying ridiculous amounts of money for players who are not as good as the fees suggest.

If TJ wants to earn some big money for a few years, and they meet whatever fee we place on him then id bite their hand off for a deal like that, time will tell.
