Looking for a bit more from Said. Not playing bad but very quiet. He needs to loosen up and relax and be himself.  JT needs to contribute more as well. Juat hope we can actually get a goal or two amd not get sucker punched by a breakaway.

Said being played much deeper than normal - maybe to accommodate Lowry? I’d like to see him pushed a bit further forward.

We've come on leaps and bounds as a club over the 2 years.  The best football we've been treated to in living memory.   That eradicated some of the previous underwhelming performances when the crowds were high etc.

I've never seen us have control like this in European ties - very good first half and for 20 mins of the second half we were outstanding.

Stand up and sing.🎶

Another superb night at FP and congratulations to all of the players and the manager and his staff. A great result for the club and it takes our club’s profile up yet another notch.

Games under the FP lights have always been special for us and this was a fantastic experience especially for our younger fans.

I know Freiburg will be a big step up for us but you want to test yourself against big sides. It’s the only way to improve.

So what sort of prize money are we on the now guaranteed?

I looked it up and from what I saw it was only £100K a round

Maswanhise wasn’t great again but Said stepped up and had his best performance in our jersey tonight and he/we got the job done.

Even with our ever ridiculous catalogue of injuries we look like a side who are a genuine goal scoring striker away from being a very good and winning team. It was the one thing that we lacked last season when we were at our peak, that goal poacher type player.

A very accomplished performance and never in doubt once Said opened the scoring.

We said similar at points last year, but for large parts of that we controlled it like a 'European' team, or like Celtic domestically.

Encouraging, particularly with the likes of Whyte slotting right in.

Need to see a bit more from some players, but we're still early doors.

Excellent performance.  Dare I say it, we were a level above HJK and well worth the win.

And I think we still have levels of sharpness to go up.

Said's goals were outrageous.  Maradona-esque.

Defensively we look very sound,   Priestman and Fadinger were excellent.  Looks like a strong core down the middle.

Last year I see the estimate for teams losing the play-off round of the Conference League was €925,000.

A second source for last season's competition says:

"The third qualifying round provides £630,500 to those eliminated, and the play-off round increases the figure again, with those who fall short earning £804,400."

So about 0.5 Wards or 0.16 Justs.
