There is a feeling that something great is being built, but we need to realise that it is very early days and could easily be derailed. We all need to stick by the team when we inevitably hit a bump in the road. Undoubtedly, there is an upward trajectory and it feels great, but it'll be a bit of a rollercoaster as we, hopefully, build something memorable, long-lasting and ultimately successful.

His cross to pick out Maswanhise in the six yard box was outstanding. I know what you mean about the misplaced passes but, to be fair, they weren't necessarily the wrong pass. There was one that he played out to the right wing that would have taken out a couple of defenders but Johnny checked back rather than make the run. Went out for a throw, so looked like a bad pass. The players will get to know what he is capable of over the season.

There was also a through pass that split the centre backs and just eluded two players bursting in behind. Given time those attackers will know what he is capable of and react a split second earlier and so make the most of his vision.

Still buzzing!!, one of the best nights at Fir Park in the 49 years I have been attending matches.   The feelgood factor is amazing and when you consider we lost 4 first team regulars plus Welsh on loan it's remarkable that most replacements have hit the ground running. Only Vogt has struggled a bit but the lad needs time to settle.   Midfield is looking so strong now with Hodge arriving and Olly Whyte who I think could make a big impact.

Maswanhise a concern as just not the same player. If he wants a move he aint exactly helping his chances but I feel if we can get a centre forward then he moves out wide which will suit him better.

He's behind most of the team in terms of match fitness which is plainly evident.

He's also a striker and needs an open play goal for the confidence boost.

Its gonna be some occasion this is the most excited ive been for a tie in all my time supporting the well. I never thought id see us get a big tie in europe like this i feel for me and my generation this will be our dortmund or nance started going in 2014/15 regularly

I think it is an average of anyone who votes on the BBC website. I suspect his granny gave him a 10 and no-one else voted, average vote then is 10.

My advice would be treat it as you should all BBC reporting, eg ignore it. Given that the second word in the match report from the first leg was "Celtic" then they don't deserve our attention.

There was still a guy next to me in east stand moaning  in first half I dint know if its nerves but bloody he'll, give your head a wobble . Longelo was getting it for missing a chance in first half.

I get they pay their money but nerves/ negativity transmit onto the park

I moved for 2nd half and it all worked out

I thought he was much improved last night, probably a combination of not being played through the middle as he was in Helsinki and on Sunday, and also, as Ya Bezzer says, his fitness level is improving. He had one effort cutting in from the left (which the keeper turned away for a goal kick) and he got on the end of a through ball from Lowry which the keeper did well to block. A goal or two to give him some confidence and I'm hoping we will see someone close to last season's form.

I moved for 2nd half and it all worked out 

Aye some right moaners in east stand at times.....though that's mainly my mates as they need to listen to me for 90 mins!! 🤣🤣

Yeah, it seems a strange and trivial thing to be obsessing about after a brilliant performance and result! 

@claretband, get on with booking your travel to Germany instead

Ye the fitness definitely had been a reason so more game time will help him.  Actually thinking back he did have a few chances, it was that one in 2nd half that really frustrated me plus he seems to taken over slattery role of going down far too cheaply

We thoroughly deserved the win last night and did it in style although we did tire, expectedly I should add, around the 70th minute.  Before the game I hoped to be 2 goals up by the 70th minute to deal with that scenario and we were, courtesy of Said. A good all round team performance. I was especially impressed with our central defence and midfield. Lowry came onto a good game in the second 45.  Once he's match fit he'll be a real asset. No need to comment on Said, as he did the talking for himself on pitch. TJ looked far better on the wing and I'm looking forward to seeing him once he's fully fit. Vogt excites me and if he's played to his strengths will win the fans over, when he's fit.

As another respected poster said to me, post match, outside the POD, it was great that AJ showed trust in young Whyte and Booth. Whyte especially caught the eye. The only slight downside for me was that we gave HFK just too much space down the wings and a better side would have punished us. It didn't matter in the end though. 

The crowd was magnificent and created the best atmosphere for a good few years. What a night to be a Well fan. Possibly our best ever Euro win? There's no going back now! 

Credit to AJ for taking us so far in such a short of time, despite departures of some of our best players and a horrendous injury list. It feels like he's continuing JBA's work, at worst, and maybe taking us evens lightly higher.  We can but dream.
