I've maintained all season that Just is the 1 we'll struggle to replace most in the playing squad he's our best player and one of the best I've watched live at Fir Park. I like Watt and TJ but they will be easier to replace than Just. I'd also quite happily sell Watt at anything over 2/2.5M should an offer like that come in even if we'd already lost the other 2.

I think we've spoke enough about who could leave, I had a look through the OOC contract list from other teams in the league and the championship a couple of players I'd like us to look at. You can have Just or Watt for £5M - the other one stays.

I think Olly Whyte will sign a new 1 year deal and will be around the first team. Maswanhise is going to be sold realistically and I don't see us turning down offers of £3M for Just which he could very easlily attract given his form.

Its a training facillity that 99.9% of fans will never see the inside of ffs for me im glad its a modest simple structure. As it means there should be funds available to upgrade the areas of Fir park that need attention, ie the bits the paying fans use when spending their hard earned cash.

was good listening to both Jens and Fadinger in pre match. Jens hugely engaging as always and love how he manages the Scottish press. Equally encouraging that Fadinger will lose the dick Turpin style mask - like others have mentioned that must impact vision during a match. Win /lose/ draw this weekend I'm hoping to see the team back on top, sharper and slicker. Do sense taking 3 points will be just the tonic we need.

Internal layout is not a planning issue. The planning authority would not address that. However, there are genuine non planning issues issues as Goggles has laid out. As a club we should want the best bang for our buck. Anyone, absolutely anyone, can comment on the principle of the proposal and external design of the building and other aspects of the application. I would add though, that no one party has a right to a "good" view. Not an issue in this case though. Consultees can make representations objecting but also supporting an application. In short, get involved!

Genuine question - Is it normal practise during public consultation for punters off the street, no matter their background or qualifications, to give feedback and ideas on the flow and the spacial relationship of the design of the building? Would the club/architects take any notice? By the looks of some of the design statement documents they have based the model on already existing structures I always thought it was to do with residents and locals giving their tuppenceworth with regards to external aesthetics and environmental issues eg 'the squirrels will have nowhere to nest', or 'it looks ugly from my window', or 'is it going to overload sewage pumps?' As I said, genuinely wanting to know and not trying to take the piss.

Quit being so salty. Having an opinion on something is not reliant on experience or first hand involvement. If you do, it adds a degree of qualification and others can weigh up how much they weight they give your opinion. However, an odd bloody argument on a football forum. By extension, anyone who hasn’t played at least semi-pro level just shut up about Jens, his tactics and our players. The relationship between the spaces and the flow is the issue for me. It seems cramped. It could be so much more with some more thought and rejigging. We are at the public consultation phase after all and this is the time as members of the public to give our two cents. Unsure why it’s triggered you to the degree it has. I and a few others came up with a rough costing for the facility with slightly different methods, but a rule of thumb is £2k per square meter is a workable benchmark. So aye, it’s infinitely better than what we have at present but as it stands, to me, looks like Stalag Fußball.

Without knowing anything about the planning, design, costs invovled, I would just like whatever we build to be the best we can with the resources we have. It seems Jens has had significant input into what is required, so you would imagine the players have been consulted, or at least catered for. I do have concerns about ploughing money into a site that we dont own, but as others have alluded to, given its a charitable organisation we are/will be in partnership with, you would think both parties interests are intertwined. Some sort of lifetime lease or similar perhaps? Anyway, without more information, I dont think its worth getting exercised about......

To put matters in perspective, I suspect the additional costs involved would be fairly modest compared to the overall cost.

and what was your involvement in the project, what is your involvement is the build plan,, planning restrictions, materials and cost to determine its a cheap build? If you are on the board that formulated and submitted the plans I'll offer my apologies.
