  2. Fortress Fir Park continues. Just 1 defeat in our last 17 home matches.....and we should have won the one we lost! To be honest it was pretty much what we've seen for most of the season. We treated Celtic like any other team, did our thing and looked pretty good at it. Well worthy of the win, players were excellent to a man but they generally have been for most of the season. Obviously it's great to beat Celtic, we've had that result coming for a while after a few near misses. But we should put it behind us and make sure we go into the St Mirren focused. We are where we are at this stage of the season and there is no reason we can't do even better. There is no team in the league that's better than us, so I say, look upwards.....

  4. If you're watching on Prem Sports, both Hutton and Mulgrew almost jizzed themselves during JBA's interview. The burd running it had to cut them off and Mulgrew asked if he could come in for a cup of tea and ask him more questions. If you can watch it back somewhere, do it.

  5. In all my years I have genuinely never seen us that comfortable against Celtic. Ward’s fine save late on apart we were never in any danger of not winning that. Amazing night.

  11. Too easy and we were not at full strength aswell missing our top goalscorer that second goal like a pack of lions hunting down its prey!Fantastic to watch. I tell you one player who doesnt get alot of praise but for me has been outstanding week in week out is Fadinger just goes about his business and never ever gives up brilliant player.

  15. It’s the new Motherwell way. 👍 It’s about time we got the praise we deserve. But you are right, we know how good we are and that’s all that counts.

  16. Completely agree. And all the praise we will get is “Celtic had an off day”.

  18. A minor thing perhaps, but JBA is absolutely brilliant in dealing with the media. He just sticks to facts about the team and doesn’t waffle out any cliched nonsense about either us or the opposition. Top marks to him!

  20. Yes, an interesting choice Ally. Incidentally STV thinks that the game is at Parkhead as we are the "visitors".

  22. I’m the same, been sat eating and feeling knackered all day but about to get ready and go, I think it’s called the Jens effect. This time last year, there’s no way I’d be going.

  23. So what he's basically saying is that if we want to win we need to drop him?

  25. Maybe in minority but I haven't been impressed with RCC but granted not as bad as Hendry

  26. I could be tempted to say we will never have a better chance to beat them because they are one of the poorest Celtic teams in years. That said I've seen us fall to beat this mob in any incarnation in 11 years so I have zero confidence that we can beat them tomorrow. The last game at Celtic Park completely encapsulates our efforts against Celtic over the years. Different day same capitulation when we had them. A sore one tomorrow definately on the cards. There will be plenty plaudits and empty positives but we will still get the same points as we'd get from a horsing

  27. I thought around now. Last update I found was end of October , recovery going well and he was back in training following the quad injury. The issue could be lack of game time, loading etc to get him match fit could be tricky.
