I’m not feeling it for anyone today, no one stood out and more than a few of them had mediocre to poor performances. Will think on it.

If we're in the market to extend the loan and / or sign him permanently then maybe he has a future under SK but as he's not featured under him so far I don't think that's the case, he'll be part of the summer clearance sale.
I think he’s worth signing if possible. The guys still learning and I think he will become a great asset to whoever signs him. If we don’t get him I think we run the risk that he ends up at one of our competitors and give us a torrid time.

Both of them were in the youth teams before he was let go when he was about 15 or 16 I think.

Watching the Barnsley Shrewsbury game bit of ex Motherwell interest - Devante Cole scored, Nicky Cadden also scored, got sent off and then MoTM.
Then right at the end Ryan Bowman who had got booked then got sent off for throwing a player to the ground. 🤣 -

Not necessarily, if Hibs and Livi pick up no points from their next two games then a win and a draw would be enough as our GD would be better than Hibs.
Alternatively we could lose the next two games, United and RC could win theirs and we could be right back in it, half full / half empty - take your pick folks. -

Great result, two great free kicks and a penalty that just squeezed in. Everyone played well, thought Spittal was class until he went off but maybe Furlong for MotM. - definitely a red for Marshal.

For us to fork out what is 2 or 3 times what we pay our top / senior professionals on any youngster, no matter how good he is, I suspect would cause a riot at the club - probably most other clubs as well.
You could try to work out some sort of agreement with the rest of the squad that when he’s sold they get a percentage of the fee but I’d think even that would be too difficult to work out and a non starter.

I’ve no doubt Liverpool fans are going ape shit on forums about tonight, the fact they’re 8th in the league sandwiched between Brighton and Brentford on the same points and how poor they’ve played this season but at the end of the game tonight after what they’d just seen they still sang and supported the team. Fair play to them and maybe something some of our fans could learn from.

So do we not then have to employ someone for Clarkson’s role? What about an assistant manager?
Also, the money for these rolls are all budgeted for so no real increase in wages unless a new manager asks for more than SH was on.-
