I found out recently that companies like Opta that measure these things just count the number of passes each team makes rather than how long each team has the ball. So they can look a bit weird sometimes.
We have easily been the better and more dangerous team so far.
If we're going to play Frear, Ariybi, McCormack etc. the first thing we need at the back is to find players who can make simple pass to them instead of hoofing it over their heads. McHugh is probably better than Hartley and Aldred in that regard (although it's not a high bar).
Still scrappy, but came back into the second part of the half. Still looking rusty. Need to shake that off the second half.
Established that, so far, Ariyibi unable to take a corner from either side.
Good stuff.
Like 'Flow, I always remember how quiet we were at the end of 90 minutes. Never been more emotionally drained at a football match in my life. And then when Kirky scored so early on in extra time we knew it was going to be a nerve shredder to hang on.
I'm exhausted again just watching it.
Right now the MFC TV site is saying "Live video for users outside of the UK/Ireland, live commentary for all users." for the Ross County game, so we might be in luck after all.
When I saw in this year's accounts that we still trade under The Motherwell Football and Athletic Club Limited, that made me happy.
Seeing the "portholes" and the Athletic Club logo when you approached Fir Park was all part of the experience.
