Foley came on in the Dundee Utd game. I've no reason to doubt they're injured, but with Nolan in particular, it does raise questions regarding the wisdom of bringing in players who haven't played competitive football - even in the reserves - for a long spell, and might be more likely to pick up injuries. Actually, just checked - Foley and Nolan are on the official list. Injuries TBC, return TBC.

Players being injured is one thing. New signings not being fit to play is bound to spark interest, especially when you are fighting relegation and in the midst of an injury crisis. Though I don't know quite what the club could say about that.

Alexander knows we're probably going to be deep in trouble until the end, how quickly things can change and how fragile our form can be from game to game. Last night was a big improvement but we have to start scoring and winning again, wherever that is, though Kilmarnock would be huge. We've put ourselves in this mess, but it's in our own hands, so don't be relying on others to get us out if it.
