Hammell being offered to all and sundry in the SPL apparently. Thistle have definitely knocked his agent back

Did we not sign an 18yo left back already this summer? The assumption was that he was for the U20s but given our aim is to have players ready for the first team earlier, could it be that he could be fast tracked into the first team if he looks ready...

With regards to Lasley and Hammell Las is 37 in sept so no one will sign unless coaching involved and Hammell is a 34 yr old injury prone player so IMO would be surprised if anybody else interested as would be very risky signing and with all budgets being tightened will be same scenario with most clubs

With Brill being 30 that goes against what McGhee said in that interview as well.

But, contrary to speculation, that new signing between the sticks WON’T be freed Hearts star Neil Alexander (38), as McGhee said he was looking for a more youthful keeper.

Wait a minute... 'Flow going away on honeymooon..... how dare he!!!!

Does he not realise he should be there 24/7 to make sure that Mark's coffee is warm for him while he's reading through the list of players from his German Contacts.

Or realise that it's because of taking time off, he's making such a mess of our club....... no wonder we are in a such a state.....

Oops sorry, slipped into CM mode there.....

Just like to say all the best to Flow and his bride to be and to enjoy the honeymoon, I would've said enjoy the rest you'll get ...... but it's your honeymoon, so just enjoy.

Brill just spent a season sitting on his arse at Inverness. Given that McGhee has already said Samson will be the no.1 it seems a strange one for Brill to sign on here, you'd have thought he would be looking for games as he's generally been a first choice keeper over his career.

Brill has been out with a bad knee injury for over a year. Would be hoping for a more inspiring option to challenge the uninspiring Samson.

Sad to hear Hammell is possibly struggling to get a top tier club. Years of playing week in week out while often carrying knocks and strains, possibly catching up with him.

Did McGhee not just say Samson will start the season as number 1? That doesn't necessarily mean he'll remain so.
