weeyin Posted yesterday at 09:44 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 09:44 PM Celtic are hilariously bad again tonight. They could be on new manager bounce by the time we play them.
Orinoco Posted yesterday at 10:00 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 10:00 PM Game of two halfs. Celtic should have been out of sight in the first half. They disappeared in the second and could not deal with utds direct up and at them approach. Celtic only playing 2 full backs and one center back is certainly not going to help their cause. We need to beat Dundee and get ourselves in amongst the chasing pack. Get one or two more quality players in and have go for the rest of season. Nothing fear and all to gain in this crazy season.

Approach Udinese to get lennon on loan, keep Welsh and see if we can get a striker and mount serious title charge. Ps. Certain Dundee victory on Saturday 🤣🤣
Andy H
Douglas Ross is running the line for this one. Make sure we give him pelters!
mio
Hearts will drop points, Rangers are on a run of games but are an appalling team and Celtic are a laughing stock. if we get a couple of players in January and get a couple of wins in the next few games I honestly believe we could be right in the mix and sustain it.

I only saw bits of the 2nd half, but they definitely played like a team lacking confidence. Hope it lasts.

Pettywulliegrew-2
There seems to be limited info from the club re the alcoholic drinks situation for the game in the DC …..will you have to Q with people purchasing food/ nonalcoholic drinks ?....re products(draught- bottles - wine- spirits)..and most importantly prices Was also wondering what’s the general opinion on this venture………..I attend a couple of English games per season and quite enjoy the availability of a pint at half time ( I know that not the case on Saturday) attended Burnley a couple of weeks ago and was £6 for a pint lager Moretti in the away stand

Folk meet before games for a pint and like me enjoy a few after games. For 90 mins surely folk can cope without a beer. Times have changed and for the 1980 Cup final folk to take a carry oot into ground which caused problems. And for rugby you can have a pint. Always a debate where views will be split but for me it's a no 2

And if you don’t want to buy booze, then don’t. We’re all adults, so the option should be there. The constant “don’t do it” approach usually has the opposite effect. Scotland’s alcohol licensing laws are, in general, far more restrictive than elsewhere, and that just encourages folk to fill their boots while they can, rather than pace themselves without fear of the tap being turned off, which in itself leads to more issues. That said, under the current proposals, not all stands have the infrastructure in place to sell booze during the game anyway. For me, I much prefer to meet up and have a few pints before and after the game in an actual pub, but I’d probably still buy a pint at the game if I could.

Always a debate where views will be split but for me it's a no Pretty much agree with that Grizzly. Its not an issue for me personally as I drive to and from games. I suspect there's more like me. The issue boils down to extra income for the club. If I didn't drive, it wouldn't cause me any great hardship to go without alcohol for 90 minutes. For some though, its a bit like voting and the suffragettes. Its not about having a drink during games its about the right to have a drink during games if they want to do so. Freedom of choice if you want. All that said, I have no problem if folk drink during games as long as those who can't handle alcohol desist. 1

Too many people in this part of the world can’t handle alcohol but that never causes them to desist.
Spiderpig
If people cant go without alcohol for a couple of hours to attend a football match then they have serious issues, having a pint with your pie is not a good idea.

As you say, stuck to the foil and soggy so you can’t even get it out. Handling one of those and drinking a flat pint of tennents at the same time on a cold concourse sounds fun. 1

texanwellfan
Don’t know what prices are like in Scotland but over here, i just don’t buy any drink or food anymore when i go to cinema or sports games.
