Andy H
Ok probably the funniest thing I read today. Man U supporters want them to sign TJ
Orinoco
TJ must be worth £5m plus sell on fee. Hibs want £6.5 for Bowie. Scottish club prices. If a epl team come in then double price.
weeyin
I see we did pass the 5,000 mark for crowd. 5,547 the official attendance and I think they said 147 away fans.
Spiderpig
Cup tie against a team who offered feck all, Connoly had 1 save to make near the end, apart from that they were never a threat. 1st half team selection was dreadful, too many changes no Just in midfield and stamatelopolous is like starting with a man down. We created chances and a shout out to Laccoviti for a brilliant block to deny TJ the opener. When Just and Fadinger came on we were a different team, and we got the goal we deserved. So another win and clean sheet at fortress Fir park, into the next round draw so all in all a good day.

grumpy
A win, another clean sheet, and that is the most disappointed I've felt leaving Fir Park this season. Funny old game, as someone once said. Still, we are in the hat for the next round so that is all that matters.

Ya Bezzer!
We played OK today but everything was a little bit flat. The team line up, the engagement of the crowd, the overall performance, there was definately a sense that we'd just breeze through this tie without trying. Maybe 'complacency' is too strong a word because we dominated the match but at the same time we weren't at our true levels and then when you take out the amount of quality we were missing today it was verging on being a bit laboured. We'll have to go up a few levels if we want to win a trophy but we are through and that's the main thing.

I appreciate it’s the cup against a stuffy team etc etc but that’s not how we’ve gone about our business this season . glad to be through , just not a great amount to shout about for those paying hard earned cash . Some folk are just never happy.

twistandshout1983
Delighted to get into the next round Wasn't the greatest of games , but most pleasing thing of the day for me 8 home games in a row since we lost a goal 👏

The crowds across all the games were surprisingly low for the Scottish cup. 1800 at Livingston and, surely a BBC misprint, 4373 at Tannadice, 4501 at Kilmarnock so makes ours look very respectable. Orinoco
Money is tight at this time of year. Together with poor form from some teams, its no suprise at the numbers. One thing is our fans always turn up for cup games.
fizoxy
Results are all that matters in the cup, and we got what we needed without having to give up much. The lineup wasn't very inspiring, but it was good to see Connelly pretty much slot right in. He played a little deeper than Ward, but still looked more than capable of starting more games if needed. Ross didnt do much but it seems that the instructions are very clear to our full backs not to try and bomb past their man and get crosses in. Which is good, because we're still pretty had at them. When we brought JBA in, a big deal was made about how many minutes he gives young players, so it's good so see him start doing that for us. It was easy for the club to gloat about academy player minutes when we had Lennon Miller available to us, but hopefully this is the start of a new crop coming through. I think if we had got the goal earlier we'd have scored a bunch, but they were ultra defensive, and didn't even commit much in attack when we did score. I liked how patient we were, giving them very few counter attack opportunities, which is essentially all SKs teams do. Good to see that Cornelius still likes running around. How nice was it to celebrate a goal and not immediately have to worry about VAR. Also, are folk trying to make TJ a thing despite the players and multiple managers calling him JT sonce day one? Welly Machine
We can play much better but still controlled the game,, kept our patience and the goal eventually came. Would have took a 1-0 with no injuries before the game. Great to see a 5K plus crowd.
