Not as harsh as your opinions on Callum Ward.

Agreed,  I have been critical of Ward but seeing as you have remembered that you will also remember the times I have been on here eating humble pie.  I also posted after the rangers game about the great save he had in injury time.

Halliday comes across really well in that interview.

He certainly isnt the character I had anticipated when we signed him.

Just goes to show, you should never judge a book by its cover.

I wish him well for whatever the future holds and look forward to seeing him in The Hunter next season!

According to Graeme McGarry, JBA is the frontrunner to become Toulouse's new manager.

It certainly feels more like the kind of club (and league) I would expect JBA to move to despite what the Glasgow press would love to happen.

I'm pretty sure Jens will be off. He looked totally pissed off last night with the decisions made over the season. I don't want him to leave but feel it is now inevitable. Hopefully he will go to Europe or England and tell the SFA and the media exactly what he thinks. A young progressive manager hounded out of Scotland by nonentities like Collum, Dallas and the blazers at the SFA.

Aye. JBA and most of the best players will probably be off now. Because if I were them, I wouldn’t want to be involved in this corrupt league any longer than they had to be. Unless they all go to Celtic, of course.

I agree JBA will be off.

Unfortunately, I don't think the leagues elsewhere are much better. I remember reading a long article years ago about how Arsene Wenger was screwed over by Bernard Tapie's match fixing in the French League.

And then there were all the corruption issues in the Italian leagues.

In the EPL we had Fergie Time and all the late goals and late pens Man U won on a regular basis.

Money talks, especially with the billions floating around these days, and it's the big clubs that always get the benefit of the decisions.

If JBA does go, hopefully we can find a like for like replacement, perhaps recommendation from him? Don’t know much about his assistant but perhaps he might be the replacement.
whatever transpires we need to continue down the same pathway. Did we hit the jackpot with JBA and our players? Probably there are other managers and players out there who can produce the same and we need to make sure we can find them. Perhaps easier said than done.

My only concern about Max taking over is whether he has the man management skills to be successful.

No doubt he has the coaching qualifications and sings from the same hymn sheet as Jens, philosophy wise, but Jens has a stature about him that demands respect.

Hopefully its not an issue this season, but if it is the board will have another big decision to make.
