  1. Only good thing about Celtic winning for me is 5th is guaranteed Europe should they win it Much better to finish 4th of course and hopefully will do

  2. Spot on Stewart gets banned from Hampden for speaking his mind that upset the sensitive souls at the SFA, yet 10's of thousands of uglies fans spout their bigoted sectarian bile on a regular basis and its radio silence from the SFA., a disgrace of an organisation.

  5. Wee Matthew's rosy cheeks always make it look like he's taking a beamer, as he should've with that decision. O'Hara was booked at 2-2. If St Mirren had won, we might've have heard more about it, but it'll be seen as inconsequential now. Does Rule 77 not cover officials making Scottish football a laughing stock?

  6. And Celtic 6-2 up at Half Time in Extra Time and home and hosed. As much as I despise Celtic I’m happy with that. If St.Mirren had won today they would have been all but guaranteed to win the Scottish Cup and the mere thought of them doing a Cup double would have been utterly sickening. I genuinely think I would have chucked football altogether if that had happened but thankfully it won’t now.

  7. Better be careful. You'll get yourself banned from all things SFA, including car parks. Next they'll be demanding the BBC cancels your TV licence so you can't comment on future cock ups by their Officials.

  8. The linesman saw the Slattery incident and the video used by VAR was the same video that was reviewed by the SFA. If the 4 game ban was for Slattery's actions, then the same punishment should be handed out the every player that has been found to have behaved the same way. If the 4 game was purely because the officials on the field and the VAR review team got it wrong, then that isn't punishing the incident, it's an attempt to deflect from the incompetence of the officials. (and I say that as someone who criticised Slattery from the moment it happened).

  9. I think Maswanhises value will have reduced considerably since January. He's was over hyped in January but equally we don't want to over hype the other way with the drop off. If we got a bid of around £1 / £1.5 million for him Id take it. Sadly I think we will lose one of Watt and Just , possibly even both if the bids were high enough, which would be a real pity. However this gives us a chance to see the managers transfer skills to find players that would fit his style. Thats if he stays of course 😱

  10. He might be OK, but for me, if you're a decent guy, that decency shouldn't disappear when you're inside the OF bubble. If anything, it should be even more apparent.

  11. Actual was really pleased for Lennon today he looked a bit overwhelmed about it all . Probably different being a manager with the Pars and getting to the Final than a player with the manky mob.

  14. Scottish Football is incredibly frustrating. VAR is awful (being polite). Having likes of pundits being banned for sharing an opinion which is no different to that of the paying public is a joke. @wellfan called it - a circling of wagons is accurate. Add to that the recent treatment we've been singled out for appear to be 'put Motherwell back in their box' Recent decisions have been staggering and can't help but feel there's an element of showing who's boss. Slattery's suspension wouldn't have happened to any of the top 3. The non penalty for TW against falkirk Hearts penalty decision. The general everything a Well player does must be a foul or a dive. How dare Motherwell do something as bold as play great football and start challenging at the top end of the league. I simply hope that's an end of the poor decisions for now and we can get some enjoyment back for the final 5 games.

  15. You seem to be evolving into MJC. Take a step back and some deep breaths it will all be ok in the end. I'm in the POD so its ok with me especially with the football iv witnessed this season.

  16. All I will say is our record away from home against other Top 6 clubs is abysmal. He Managers tactics/selection also saw us wimp out of 2 cup competitions. The only things we can realistically win. Let's not get carried away with JBA. He has achieved nothing apart from pleasant on the eye tippy tappy football which teams are getting wise to. There is no steel in the team. There is never plan B. He plays the same guys over and over again. Guys like Nicholson, McGee get about 10 to 15 minutes of play when the game is running away from us. Use of substitutes is not good. The only time yesterday we broke their lines was the consolation goal. Apart from that it was the usual slow pass to death build up combined with Kamikaze dithering at the back. There is nothing wrong with getting the ball forward quick but this seems anathema to JBA. So we get a Top 6 finish. The team we played yesterday also have a Top 6 finish and a winnable cup semi after getting promotion from the Championship. I would say John McGlynn has been a more effective manager than JBA. Motherwell fans need to get realistic about what has been achieved instead of drooling over passing drills.
