Mistakes happen. The problem is our opponents are being clinical in punishing us. Ive said it before, we ask the players to be brave on the ball. If fans start to get on their backs the players will hide. We need to trust the process and SUPPORT the team. To many showing no patience. Ripping up everything aint an option.

Longelo, Fadinger and Said looked capable at this level last season. Koutroumbis and Priestman also although they've been unavailable for pretty much all of this season. Lowry looks good enough. Others, the jury is out... Problem is, of those players who have proven to be good enough at this level, none are centre halfs or centre forwards. So in both boxes (where it counts), no one proven. And very little leadership or experience anywhere in the side.. Are the players simply not good enough or could another manager get more out of them? What counts against the manager is the fact that the more training time he has had with the players, the worse we seem to play.. This is only going one way for the manager...

I really dislike this period as a football fan. You know your manager isn’t cut out for the job, you possibly suspected it from day one, but you know the Board feel duty bound to give their appointment a little longer - which is arguably, fair. That inevitably leads to more disappointing performances, more points dropped and more ground to make up on those clubs above us. Hopefully, at the very least, the Board have started to think about AJ’s successor and lessons have been learned from the summer. How AJ got through an extensive interview process is beyond me.

Jens was an absolute find Alfred is the polar opposite . From the outside looking in he’s simply not got the personality and authority for the job or the league. Cut our losses and pay him off - we’ve wasted plenty money on other things this season so just add his appointment to the list All the hard work to get the feel good factor , club on the up, better attendances all brought to its knees with a guy out his depth arguably not helped by some shocking signings We dont have a single leader in that dressing room and don’t have a player who can tackle ,there is no balance

That's us lost to teams managed by robinson,pressley and now mccann in a short space of time and the manager seems to have no answers,in fact were getting worse by the game.

We’re absolutely shite and getting worse with every game. The buck stops with the manager and, as I’ve said before, I think we’re witnessing the beginning of the end for him. He’s either completely dismantled everything that was good about us or simply isn’t good enough to get the best out of what he’s got. And let’s not forget the significant financial backing he’s received. He’s taking us backwards.

AJ not happy at all with performance. Hopefully now he comes out all guns blazing and if any of players aren't prepared to fight then they don't start. Give me 11 players prepared to fight for the jersey

I'll be short and sweet, i can see why you think AJ should go now, but for me 8 games in is far too early, and given how tight the league is, 2 wins could see us 4th. That said, unless we get a positive reaction from the team over the next 3 games ie at least 7 points then the board should be looking at AJ's position. The silky football we had last season under JBA and an exceptional team was great to watch, and we hoped it would continue this year, but if not, staying in the Premiership is the priority and that might involve a change of mansger and style. I

I'm now 50/50 on the manager. A real lack of fluidity throughout our side. Once again the opposition didn't have to work for their goals today and Im not disrespecting Killie when saying this. But..... some of our 'established' pros need to take a massive look at themselves. I can accept being beat, but when players chuck the towel in with 20 mins to go then, that's a totally different matter. Goalkeeper needs a break, I know he's saved us so many times after losing stupid goals, but, you can't be guaranteeing the opposition a goal a game. We are so lucky that most teams in the league aren't picking up points at a faster rate. Three massive games coming up, it was four, but we've already made a balls up of the first one. I'm old enough and ugly enough to recognise that last year was a monumental success, however, that as a Motherwell team is an anomaly, five defeats on the bounce and the prospect of Hearts coming to town, should be sounding the alarm bells, even amongst the HCC.

Only one paragraph from me. That's your opinion and fully entitled to it. I aint happy and yes concerned but I think too soon to press panic button. Even Kettlewell had a 17 game unbeaten run and board stood by him. If players aren't playing for AJ then they need look at themselves also. Next week line-up will be a big point as we will see if problems being addressed

I'd have had SOD at RB and either G-R or K-L in beside Moorman, possibly Levitt instead of Hodge. I wonder if our commentator today will have actually read the team sheet and get Palmer-Holden's name right....

My first away game in years(although to all intents a local game for me). The team need the fans to get right behind them from the off. A performance is the most important thing for me, but also his team selection will show what he has learned if anything from the last 4 losses. I'm going for a 3-2 win for the good guys.
