  1. He left in January 2020. We finished 3rd that season. I agree we missed him, but I'd be delighted with another form dropping 3rd this season.
  2. It's pretty impressive for a club our size. (And just to make sure I wasn't imagining it, I checked the MFC Twitter feed, and it was on the 4th July they mentioned numbers when promoting their season ticket scheme). "Join our 4,000+ season ticket holders, or help someone else get to the football by donating to our Well In scheme."
  3. I liked Scott and thought we missed him when he left. But at that point he wasn't a first team regular and he has struggled to be a first team regular down south. If we were signing someone on loan (and the article says he's looking for a loan deal) a Jordan Roberts would be more valuable at this point. If it was a permanent signing, then I'd be delighted to see him back at Fir Park as I'm sure he can develop into a top player.
  4. The did say they were offering live streams in the Cooper and Centenary, but haven't heard any more about that since.
  5. On a related note, I see the video stream for tomorrow's game (for overseas subscribers) has popped up in my MFC TV account.
  6. Everybody that had a season ticket last season has one this season, plus there's the 500 hundred families or more that are benefiting from the Society scheme. Plus the club mentioned 4000+ on Twitter. So presumably we are in decent shape there.
  7. As an actual Gen X-er, I welcome 'Flow's recognition of my embracing of the Tweeter and Whatsup social medias softwares.
  8. I thought there was a default minimum, but you could apply for it to be increased (which we did, and were granted)? Edit: Beaten to it by Heisenboab
  9. The internet says Debrah and Maghoma are both central defenders.
  10. A poor imitation of ours from 2 years ago.
  11. Hope his "dream job outside of football" in Dubai doesn't see him in the next series Banged Up Abroad.
  12. I'm guessing it's partly just simpler to figure it out for our own fans, and partly because allowing away fans might mean having to reduce our own fan numbers by even more. (On the Airdrie website, they still had tickets for sale on Friday, so looks like they were able to accommodate every home fan that wanted one and still have room for away fans)
  13. While it would be nice to see a couple of signings before the QP game, the window is open until the end of August. A lot of the players from down south in particular don't become available until teams start finalising their squads next month, so if we have to wait for who we want, that's fine too.
  14. Still just shuffling deckchairs on the Titanic.
  15. We're winning the League Cup this season, wearing the black kit in the final, making it our highest grossing shirt in history* *or we lose to Dundee in the first knockout round.
  16. And we've slipped to 4th in our League Cup group!!!!
  17. Stick with not having black football shirts and you can't go wrong.
  18. One of the academy graduates - plays as a forward.
  19. A match against us, tomorrow (if he plays, of course)
  20. On a different topic, I'd just like to get in early with a "that'll be Shaun Hutchinson back tae haunt us"
  21. I think the "first team squad" listed only contains about 17 or 18 genuine first team contenders right now. The others will be the Development/U20/B Team or whatever it's called now, who will hopefully have some matches to play this season,
  22. With Carson, Gillespie and now Kelly, we've been spoiled with quality keepers again. As long as he keeps fit Trev will certainly be worth a few extra points a season for Utd.
  23. Jim Goodwin must be furious he missed that one.
  24. It's trees that usually cause our blackouts. Either from wind during storms (like Elsa heading our way this evening) or in the winter, when the snow and ice accumulates, and the branches fall off onto the power lines. Although, weirdly, in the big 2003 blackout when most of the North East and some of the Midwest lost power, ours was still working.
  25. Old moaners like us tend to be a lot more vocal, especially on sites like this. As much as I'm not a fan of the black top, I expect there will be plenty that buy it.
