The way to do it is not to give them away. According to the BBC stats Moorman and Knight-Lebel had a total of zero tackles between them. That's the kind of dominance that keeps set plays at bay. Of course McInnes at Ibrox will be a different game, but we fared OK against his Hearts tactics last season.

Palmer Houlden his own. Lowry's goal a masterpiece. Dylan Levitt-ates us to 3rd in the league. Take your pick...

Well that was about as stress free and drama free as you could hope for in the middle of a hectic fixture schedule.

I always thought Vogt would take the longest to get up to speed given the league he came from. No idea if he'll be any good, but better judged in a couple of months.

Let's keep the next 3 goals for the weekend.

Boooo. Waste of money.

He almost pulled off the reverse pass of the decade in that first half. It was a brilliantly ridiculous idea. If our forwards get on the same wavelength it will cause defences some serious problems.

Or straight after - that's always a sickener after the "keep it tight for the first 15" talk.

We're making Manny work for his wages tonight, taking all the corners from his opposite wing.

A second goal would do the trick. Utd obviously sitting deep and looking for an equaliser on the break.

Tidy finish.

Have I missed anything?

Two weeks from now I'd have higher expectations. Tonight I'm concerned about fatigue (mental or physical creeping in). Although it's great to have enough depth for some proper load balancing.

I know Folarin Balogun, as he was the guy who had the red card overturned at the World Cup. I don't know most of the others mentioned.

I have already been impressed by the way we conducted our transfer business this window, and after reading about Everton's debacle, we must be in the elite tier! Full details here: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c9861n79kepo

He should have gone to Ross County for the second phase of "the project'

I like Gboly, but he only played 17 games for us 7 years ago. Not a fan of bringing 31 year old journeymen "home" when we can sign guys like Kanga instead.

Agree with that. I can't see Rangers ever spending that amount on one of our players though. They could have had Elliott Watt for close to that.

Killie are brutal, but unfortunately that result will boost the confidence of the players who were struggling to score. Still going for a home win, and think me might start with the team that finished on Sunday to give some players a break.

I always think there needs to be a premium added if you sell to a direct rival. We can't stop it, but we can profit from it. Miovski might fit into our side OK, but it will never happen. The only reason Rangers are involved in the JT chat is because we play them at the weekend.

Lots of Cobol still around when I was last involved (about 17 years ago). The American banking system is still quite archaic now, thanks to interstate and Federal laws dating back to the Prohibition era.

From what I have seen, Williams would be an excellent replacement for Longleo. I don't want him to leave as he has been one of our top performers, but at least we recruited a quality alternative.

So if grizzly just DMs his jokes to El Grew every day, we're all happy?

Did anyone else spot the error in this weekend's Society email. A Hibs fan must have been guest editor.

I'm guessing he's talking about the first half when JT skipped past 2 or 3 defenders and then shot wide rather than passing. I thought he was entitled to shoot after that run, but I saw a few comments saying he was selfish.
