Another disappointing 45mins Think McGhee is doing ok and Said has been fine. We are struggling at the back though. That goal we lost was poor, how can a 6ft 3 player like longelo shrink to the size of 5ft 5 for a cross into the box. Not just him though the others are poor and I’m now struggling to watch Sparrow, his distribution is appalling and the continued check back is driving me mental. Hearts don’t look up to much either. If we can salvage a draw from this I’d rip your arm off.

I don’t know where to start with that today. Firstly we deserved nothing. Players out there playing like it doesn’t matter. That defence!!! Woeful to a man, SODs worst performance in a few years, Sparrow an embarrassment of a full back. As much as I think Vogt is an amateur player at the very best he’d have done more than that imposter Maswanhise today…. The epitome of a player who doesn’t give a sh1t. Id give pass marks to Lowry who looked like he could at least create something and he tucked away his goal really well but as for anyone else it’s a no. Anyone who says we aren’t in quite a bit of bother here is fooling themselves. one thing for sure is that will be the last away day for me until I start to see a better level of performance and basic effort. My money can be better spent than watching that. The noises from the people around me were the same. A really disappointing day.

Heading down to Kilmarnock today and it’s the first time since Kettlewell’s tenure that I’m asking myself “why am I going” im normally a glass half full with us but there’s just something up this season, I have a horrible feeling he’ll start Vogt and have sparrow again at right back. He was an absolute wee nyaff that night and even worse than that fat fozzy character. Every tackle he was up pestering the 4th official and was continually giving verbals to our bench and Jens. I saw him in a totally different light that night…. Horrible wee man vibes. I’m going into this game hoping for something but not really expecting anything. Not sure about anyone else but I’m pretty downbeat about the season so far and ahead. At risk of sounding overly dramatic, I just don’t see us ever having such a season as we did last year again. I think anyone looking to sack our manager right now needs to give their head a wobble. I actually think most folk who post on things like X and FB it’s all click bait and saying things they don’t mean for a reaction. A bit like a couple of posters on here. Just part of the moronic world we live in I’m afraid. I’ll give Alfred another game before I start calling for heads….. kidding!! We need to give this group and manager quite a bit of time imo.

It’s a shame we don’t have Celtic next week, they look worse than us. i have a feeling that every single team in this league will go weeks playing poorly and losing. General standard is pretty poor. It’s going to be a bit of a lottery season I think.

It’s still way too early to give a proper opinion on how we are doing imo. Points wise it’s similar to last year at the same time so that can be a slight positive. some of the displays in Europe were excellent and there has been flashes in the league games so far that does give me some hope. Against St Mirren for the first 30 mins was just as good as I’d seen last season, we caved a bit and I think there’s maybe a softness that wasn’t there last year. That softness was shown against Aberdeen and Dundee yesterday for a spell when we lost the first goal. everyone has their view and everyone can moan or happy clap as is our want but I’m still sitting in the middle group of mmmm and I think the vast majority are the same.

If I had a gun to my head I’d say Fadinger as at least he looked like he gave a toss and gave his all. However it’d only be after the guy with the gun screamed “tell me a name” 50 times in my ear !!!
