I did think they should have had that penalty. Looking at it again I thought Maswanhise looked so guilty, it wasn’t intentional but he did stand on his foot and there was a foul. Imo…. I’d have been wanting it. I did also feel we had a legitimate one too when Watts shot was blocked by a hand. That ball was fizzing towards the goal and the hearts player’s hand was not in a natural position. I’ve seen these given plenty of times this season.

SODs was excellent tonight

Found that unbelievably stressful tonight, we just didn’t get into a rhythm and that second half performance was not like us at all. Watt was doing my head in, kept putting us under unnecessary pressure by giving the ball away in really dangerous positions, he’s been doing this more and more. We Oscar I thought was overrun as well, he’s did ok against a strong midfield but I think his lightness showed in a game like this. We needed Fadinger. I hope we have him and McGinn back midweek as we will miss Welsh. anyway as someone mentioned earlier, a point against the top of the league side who has had a lot of luck this year and to not play that well…. Fair doos. On to Celtic now… let’s see what that brings.

Jens has definitely rattled a lot of Hearts fans by the looks of it on social media. Not happy that he’s pointing out the laws of the game that weren’t upheld in our last meeting. I know we all have some sympathies to Hearts winning the league ahead of the rangers and Celtic but I really want to turn them over tonight and see McInnes’s reaction. Especially the goading he’ll get from the main stand. Hearts and Celtic can scrap it out on the final day but a win again both at fir park is my idea of bliss.

Never a huge Halliday fan, I felt in his first year he looked like he felt he was too good for us. I did think last season though he was one of our better performers and I changed my view on him. I think regardless of my indifference of him he did give his all for us and I’m sure most of us will wish him all the best. he’ll not be short of media work as I do think he’s a bit more clued up than the vast majority of doughnuts in the media.

I watched the video the club put up about the event, there really is a good bond with these players, you can see it clearly. Even the players on the edge of the first team who in past years would be disgruntled all look happy. We’re clearly doing something right in this department with regards recruitment and management. on another less positive note, am I the only one who finds tam Cowan unbearable. I struggle to even listen to off the ball now.

I was full of confidence we’d beat Hearts next week but I am pretty deflated after yesterday’s performance. I thought we were really poor yesterday. Outwith the St Mirren semi final that’s the worst we’ve been imo. Maybe we got a bit carried away with the praise post Rangers, who knows. I just hope we get it together against McInnes’s mob.

Thought Slattery did ok today. I didn’t recognise that Motherwell team in the 2nd half. Scrappy, slack, launching balls high into the box. I just thought we lost it and panicked a bit.

Just is a great wee player but I can’t help but think his dip in form is a result of him having one eye on the World Cup. we should be 3-0 down which is alarming as we are playing some good stuff. I feel for Ross County as I do like them as a club and I like Dingwall as a place to visit for a game. I also have nothing against the players or fans……. I am however delighted about the prodigal son taking them down.

As much as I fancied us at Ibrox and I fancy us to beat Hearts, I didn’t really see us winning tomorrow…… until I watched Jens press conference. He’s really got the bit between his teeth to get one back on Falkirk. I think we’ll win now.

I think it is observed. I think the club sells the Bois tickets separately in the one group/area? I think anyway? I know ive bought tickets and asked to sit away from them and it was ok. (Not that I’m anti bois, just anti drum) But if you have a standard ticket, yeah sit where it’s allocated.

Voted by their peers. So it may be a confident foreign manager playing better football than everyone else, on a much smaller budget, isn’t particularly liked by certain old school managers throughout the country. Not a massive surprise.
