We really need to get our ar5e in gear and get a manager in. I get the feeling, the longer we leave it the more likely we’ll get Tony Doc.

An absolutely fantastic day, everything about it was brilliant. The pile of h@ns leaving the main stand after Johnson’s goal (Dougie Imrie being one) and them wanting to swing at Motherwell fans when we were mocking them is a wonderful memory. it certainly made an absolutely miserable season memorable
-
That Bundesliga 2 was crazy this year, 6 or 7 massive clubs in that league. I’m not sure Hertha had a good season but it should be a tough game and a good game to have before the season starts.

I think Wishaw Retail park shoppers is exactly the clientele G4 claims are after

With the Twitter glimpse of the new shirt I’d guess we have a hoop again hopefully. Won’t know until the 2nd of June right enough

Stephen Pressley has resigned from his position at Brentford? Surely to god no!!!! whatever happened to Jack Ross, remember a few years ago he was seen as the great hope of Scottish football coaching? I always thought he seemed decent but I think he’s fell off the earth.
-
I got a written warning from work because I took the day off sick to attend this game. the fact i’d taken unauthorised leave to go to Dortmund probably didn’t help matters either right enough. Rotten game, ruined by play acting and a shocking referee
-
Not the worst of draws, hope it’s Morton and Peterhead at home. I’m pretty sure there’s no train station in Peterhead?
-
Just going to say the same, he’s a better forward than what we have just now. Gutted that we have to watch games on 3 plastic hazard parks next season. Utter joke of a league
-
Absolutely bricked it against big Cedric, he then cheated and got him sent off. Can’t stand him, poor mans Peter Grant!!
-
That’s so unfair, it must be really difficult to sit on Twitter all day and then copy and paste other folks story’s into headline news.

What an awful selection of dross that is. Likewise if Van der gaag wants the job he’s got really good experience now and will have built up a lot on contacts I’d presume. I’d like us to still look at the foreign coach angle and a bit of freshness to our approach as oppose to the usual monotony churned out.
-
The German article suggests he impressed their board in what I presume was an interview? Anyway, he’s offski… end of
-
I think this might be van de Gaag’s time
-
I did get the impression and posted here (and was chastised a wee bit) that I didn’t see him staying long but I thought he’d have at least did another 6months
-
Heard a rumour Wimmer has resigned? No idea if it’s true or not
-
If he thinks he got abuse by our fans just wait and see what awaits him at rugby park.
-
I’ve never been a “bring him back” type of supporter but with Allan Campbell being released from Utd I can’t help but think we might get the best out of him again? I just look at the types of players we have in that position already, Davor etc and think it’d be an upgrade. I have to be honest tho and say he’s been pretty poor in that last year with Millwall and Utd. Maybe not for the best but who knows.
-
I might be in the minority but I thought he was doing a good job, he’s signed some decent players and they play quite an attacking style. They also lost MCcowan and Cameron went a bit off form and they were victims of some shocking decisions but at no point did I think they’d go down. If anything I was surprised they didn’t make the top 6. not unless there’s an underhand thing going in with him going to hearts with his old mate.

Tony Watt is offski. I didn’t mind the guy, good luck to him
-
I think the boy has done extremely well considering it’s his first full season playing anything other than junior football. He started really strongly and then tailed off, that I can agree, but I do think under a good manager he could progress well. Even if he were to lean up a little I think he’s got something. Appreciate others won’t agree tho. I won’t cry if anyone disagrees lol
-
There must be a reason for that team but for the life of me I have no idea what? very unusual.
-
Slattery has a really bad injury record since arriving at us, I can’t see a team buying him until they see that he can go a full season without a spell on the sidelines. id be really surprised if any team would be willing to take a punt on him right now. id hope he gets a good pre season, stays clear of injury and has an excellent season with us. If he goes at the end of it, even as a free agent, then good luck to him.

I really can’t see lennons father allowing that to happen? I’d hope not anyway. He needs to head abroad. He could use DT as the example. as for DT, I understand that both Lecce and Cardiff both offered similar amounts to sign him from Celtic but cardiffs wages were wild in comparison and he opted for there. When these offers come in, I can’t help but think agents play a part.
-
I feel for him, and can’t help but think he’s been badly advised by his agent. He’s certainly earning a fortune but his career has declined, I just hope Cardiff move him on as they will not be able to afford his wages and he can kick start his career again as he’s a young guy still. for me he’s perfectly suited to German, French or Italian football. In my opinion he’s still probably the most technically gifted young player I’ve seen break through at Motherwell. I considered him better than the likes of Gary Mac and Phil.
