I do sort of agree but the same could be said of when Bair signed. i don’t mind Kettlewell but I do think a big issue of having a manager who’s only had a couple of managerial gigs and only played at a low level in Scotland is that he has a real lack of contacts to get players. He must rely heavily on scouts who usually again have very little contacts in the game.

Yeah you do have a point, but let’s face it, every single defender in Scotland has a catastrophic clanger in them, hence the reason they play in Scotland. i think Bevis will go and become a regular somewhere and do well. Just my view tho and I appreciate others don’t feel the same.

Sad to see big Bevis go, I think he’ll do well wherever he ends up. maybe his time was up with us but I think he’s very underrated by a lot of our support. On his game he must be an absolute nightmare for any striker to play against, quite quick, hard, good in the air. I hope he does well. i still think our defensive issues and scapegoats this season were hard done by. Our Goalie hung them out to dry. If you are a defender and go on the park without any confidence of the man behind you it doesn’t end well.

Half the stadium is empty every week, I think they are missing out on a lot of business and people who at the last minute cant go because it’s too late to buy a ticket online. also £235 isn’t a drop in the ocean to a lot of old Well fans on a pension.

Plenty of older folk don’t have a pc or laptop and have no idea how to buy stuff online or register on a website to get tickets. if they want to go to a game they need to queue up to buy a ticket an hour before the game and then queue again to get in. A lot just don’t like all the hassle and get embarrassed when folk question why they can’t buy a ticket online.

Filled as much in the written space part as I could. Pleading for a pay at the gate option for non old firm games. if my local chippy can have a chip n pin machine then a premier league football club can.

He was a great young defender with us. Would love to see him back but I’d guess his wages would be too much for us. Probably go to league one and get about 10k a week.

I remember getting trashed on here for having the audacity to say he was our best midfielder at the time he was with us. I never got the hate for him, really talented lad. He’s been a revelation at st mirren, good luck to him.

Gent- first season in football, been a pleasure watching him play. Miller - a joy watching a 17yr old become a permanent fixture spittal - an outstanding season Bair - a revelation just 4 players who Kettlewell has made better. McGinn- solid enough season im actually happy enough with a number of others. we had a horrible run of games but we dug in and got out it. 40 successive seasons in The top flight for a club who averages 5000 + home gate. Is quite incredible. Or maybe you would prefer levein getting the job?

He’s got ability but he’s just too slow, very slow in possession and takes so long to pass a ball, either gets dispossessed or nearly dispossessed every time he gets the ball.

We’ve had them in our favour this season but that’s never a penalty whatever end you’re at. Just ridiculous!! What’s he meant to do?

Lennon Miller just strolls through games, for a boy that age it’s really quite incredible. steve Clarke won’t take him as he’s a shitebag of a manager when it comes to youth but Miller could easily fit in with the Scotland set up and I think he’d shine against International players.

With regard to van veen, I’m sure we arranged a deal with Groningen when selling him that if they get promoted this season we’d get £100k (reported somewhere….. can’t remember where) They are sitting 3rd with a chance still of promotion
