Similar in a lot of ways to Marc Fitzpatrick imho, who also never got a lot of credit in his time here, despite scoring a goal that took us to a cup final.
joewarkfanclub
Had a look at Ryan Lowes wiki. Very interesting reading. Management style influenced by Klopp and Guardiola. Plays attacking football. Done well at Bury, Plymouth and PNE. Never been sacked. Im all in!

weeyin
Would be ironic if we hired a guy who resigned from his last job because he needed a break.
mio
Steven Naismith sitting as favourite for the job?? Are they fkn kidding me? Fk the fk off…… I’d rather have Halliday as player manager before him.

The Sand Dancer
Our last 4 managers have all been appointed at at time of crisis i.e. facing possible relegation. In Robinson, Alexander and Kettlewell we chose to appoint Autocratic managers (no idea about Hammell's style other than blind panic). Studies show that the Autocratic manager has initial success but medium to long term failure. Are we therefore surprised that we are now again in the failure period. I would suggest, as we have a small buffer above the relegation spots, that we can afford to go for an "Auld Heed" (in it for the long term) who will manage the team and involve the coaches in a more democratic fashion. This should achieve the necessary response from the players to get the required points for safety. In addition this should break the 2 year cycle of boom, bust and sacking.

Autocratic too. Presumably Naismith leads the betting odds? Don't know about being the fans' favourite though.

That will be the Alexander European adventure where we were beaten home and away by those giants of the European game, Sligo rovers and the Kettlewell cup semi where we threw away a half time lead and were feckin brutal 2nd half and deservedly lost. And you say we were served up shite under other managers, those two should be top of the list, especially Alexander.
Spit_It_Out
I will be pretty disappointed if we don't have one in by Monday give the new boss at least a good number of days to look at the players and work with them.

I'd be amazed if we had someone in that quick. If we offered them the job today it would likely take them more than a week to agree on the contract details - and we won't have finished interviewing everyone yet. FirParkCornerExile
At least Dundee trying to give us a helping hand -2 goal difference to -14 in 5 days, that is impressive even by our dodgy luck over the years. 😁
Derek1962
We need a helping hand. Any coach could see what the fans watched ever week. 3 defenders who could not defend and a goalkeeper who made the most saves in the league. NOT WORKING! The ball surrendered ever week to the opposition therefore we can’t create chances. NOT WORKING 1 or 2 shots at goal poor goal threat from our 1 striker NOT WORKING Players playing out of position and poor substitutions most weeks. We all represent Motherwell Football Club even the supporters and can all be better. SK has gone ……..we need help and quickly. That help will arrive this week and things will be better on and off the park.

MJC
This is a pointless discussion imo because it’s going to be Frail until the end of the season at least and unless we are relegated he’ll get it on a permanent basis.
