I suspect Calum Ward. If we change keepers every time they have a bad game, its going to be a very up and down season goalie

Your right Dave dropping a keeper after 1 bad game wont help their confidence so Ward will start.

That said however the Killie game for me is a must win, not in the avoiding relegation sense, but in building team confidence in finally getting the win their great play in recent games deserves.

So I hope JBA and the players have learned from the Hearts game and realise that any errors are not acceptable.

Next week will represent a crucial test for us. A home game against a beatable side.  This early in the season, not a six pointer of course but an importnat game nonetheless. Hopefully we'll see a new face or two, but maybe not starters.  Rightly, we're reciving plaudits for our attractive style of play. Now though, we need to up our game at both ends of the pitch. Improve our defending at the back and be more lethal up front.

This game give me the fear....

1. We are playing great stuff

2. We need a win to round off all the positives

3. We have been getting unprecedented good comment from the media

4. We will probably get a bigger than normal home support.

5. Every Motherwell fan will be desperate to see us put one over "Eddie Munster"

6. Expectation is high

I said to my mates all week we wouldn't lose at Tynecastle having seen Hearts I wasn't impressed. However I just have a feeling of foreboding that Kilmarnock will piss on our parade. Hopefully not 🤞

I’d love to see a big crowd this weekend and plenty of colour on show. I know I’m dragging a few people to fir park who don’t normally attend regularly and are looking forward to it.
really looking forward to this……. That could be the kiss of death right enough.

Likewise as a fan but fortunately JBA hasn’t shown any sign of that type of thinking and seems to be instilling that belief in the players.   I think all of them will want to ‘make amends’ for not winning at Hearts - not just one player.
oh and I doubt they’ll give a flying f about Kettlewell.

A pessimistic attitude, without going full blown  MJC is the best solution for following  Motherwell, it means you never get disappointed 😃

I thought I'd seen every disappointment I could have in my many years following them but even I was surprised at losing a 3-0 lead Tynecastle in 25 mins.

I know. We can never just sit back relax and enjoy us playing well. We just keep on waiting to collapse and be disappointed. I mean we have gone 9 games unbeaten and deservedly so. We know we will loose at some point and that will definitely be disappointing but please don’t let it be against SK’s team!!  I really, really hope we give them a thumping and strike a victory for playing good football over dull negative kick and hope stuff that has been the bane of Scottish football for so many years now.

Two surprises in one day. I suspect a 3-0 lead at Tynecastle was the first surprise...
