Didnt we used to own it when it was The Fir Park Club?

There must have been financial reasons for getting rid of it?

Although, given some of the things that have happened in the past, thats not to say the Club/Well Society wouldnt be interested in taking it back on, maybe as a Community Hub?

The Cub actually built it  and then forced a sale to the Fir Park Club (evicting them from their premses under the main stand), as it had become a "white elephant" and the club were struggling to meet the financial obligations attached to the building. It was originally built as a  training gym and had squash courts - rented out to the general public. There was also some ambitious plans to build an overhead covered walkway between it and the stadium. All pie in the sky sadly.

yes we did and sold it for the same reason it has closed this time. Unprofitable

Encouraging to see a healthy crowd of 5,547 at yesterday's game. It may not have been as much as some expected but I felt anything over 5,000 would be absolutely fine.  Its put into context by crowds at Kilmarnock, Tannadice and Almondvale. Certainly not many travelling fans from Dingwall to swell numbers.  Cup crowds do  tend to be lower and £10/15 is quite a lot for some folk to fork out in January. Last year's attendance at Mcdiarmid Park was about 3,800 by comparison. Its up to the club to capitalise on these increased attendances in terms of hospitality & catering income but thats maybe a longer term project, given the limitations of the Centenary and Cooper Suites.  Certainly the closure of Club 100, whilst regrettable, will have helped MFC.

Ok googled amd its apparently decided on a game by game basis but not sure what happens if one team says yes amd one team says no.

Every club that was offered the option voted against.

Telling......
