I thought we made a wee but heavy weather of that but a 2-0 at home I’d take tha any day of the week. Agree we need to be better next week v Dundee. That will be a tough one.

What's the best result for us tomorrow.  Celtic win and we go above Rangers after beating Dundee next week.  Draw and we get closer to them both or Rangers win, we stay 3 behind but just a point behind Celtic?

We have Celtic and Hearts to play twice, Rangers once.  This is completely in our hands

Celtic have two games in hand, while we have a game in hand over Rangers, so I think the worst result would be for Celtic to win.

A draw would be best though.

Another clean sheet. The best goal difference in the league. Playing the best/most entertaining football. Have to keep pinching myself.

Completely agree - over the years there’s been good performances and some tough watches .

can’t ever remember this standard of slick play and complete domination , not just now and again but again and again.

just soaking it all in , don’t want this season to end .

Another fantastic 3 points today , and well deserved

On another note I have just seen John Boyle collapsed at the game today .  Hopefully a speedy recovery

John will be loving this season and what we are doing.   Hope he is fine and recovers quickly

Agree a draw would be best but a Celtic win is next best option for me as I want us to overtake both of them.

The gaffer

Ward’s performance was a bit odd.  Presumably the multiple long balls in first half was on instruction but his distribution started getting very sloppy towards end.  I suppose the good thing is that we lost goals early in the season from these types of lapses but  defended the resulting loss of possession better today.

Dundee Utd were man marking so were making it harder to play out from the back so he had to go long more often that would be usual.

Yes that seemed to be the case but also seemed more deliberate than just that reason. JT and Said were regularly looking to run onto Wards through balls and nearly worked as a tactic on couple of occasions.
