I admit to not seeing much of him, but from what I've heard, he has a lot of qualities that could see him eventually fit into the midfield and how we play. I guess it'll depend on whether he's quite ready to show the consistency and decision-making under pressure that anyone playing in our midfield requires. 

I'm not sure another loan spell is needed, as there's few teams in the lower leagues that play how we do, so it wouldn't be worth it from that viewpoint. And he's already shown that he's physically capable of competing in senior football. I'd hope he sees time on our bench and gets some game time.

I would imagine we will have a good look at him in pre season and if he isnt ready then a year at Ayr United wouldnt be a surprise choice.

Hopefully he is good to go though and can fill one of the midfield berths.

I see their last warm-up match is against England. Be interesting to see how Just shows up against EPL players. Ideal shop window for him if he fancies a move down south.

Given that's it's a warm up match before the world cup, players won't be wanting to get injured and managers won't be wanting to tip their hand on tactics, I suspect it will be a game played at half speed and about 4 tackles.

To some extent. But when a large part of your skill set is endless box to box running, a high press and chasing lost causes, I'm not expecting to see much of that on display.

Jurgen Klopp hasn't said that he doesn't want to be the next Motherwell manager.

Based on previous timelines, we're probably a couple of weeks out from the new guy being announced, although if the board knew earlier, maybe that brings it forward a week or so. 

So, this week will be your Charlie Adam / Kevin Thompson tabloid exclusives, then early next week you'll get Scott Brown "ruling himself out" - when he wasn't contacted.

By the end of next week one of the papers will run with a name that one of us pulled out of our arse, a la the bold Torsten Lieberknecht.

How much do we get for Just going to the World cup seen someone on twitter say it was like 10K a day if that's the case we'd make about 200K which is not bad to be fair. Also seen Callan Elliot made the NZ WC squad what a strange signing he was.

Strange in that he was deemed not good enough to warrant a run in the team, at a time when we were playing like dog sh*t. I have seen him play for Auckland FC and the All Whites and he is no world beater, but he is a half decent fullback who offers more, defensively, than Longello but is nothing like as good going forward. His inclusion in the NZ squad was no surprise and that, probably, should give you an idea as to the strength and depth of their squad.

Assuming New Zealand go out at the group stage I'd guess at last half of that money will be/has already been allocated to cover his own transfer fee.

There was talk of the Just WC money going to his previous club as part of his transfer agreement.

Unsure on how accurate that is though

I read that the payment is pro-rated amongst the clubs that a player was registered with during the past 2 years.

So, without a deal, we'd only be eligible for around half. 

If we did make a deal to pass it all on to his previous club, it's a great idea to help pay for a player.

I'd be surprised if the Trivago ad wasn't shown in Australia. 

It was never off the telly here in the US during half time of every EPL game.

Acording to Lanarkshire Live (the Rancid) his expected total payment is about £290K, of which we'd receive about £190K.
