Alfie seems more keen to quickly transition to attack than Jens.

Saying that ecerything else we do is in order to score goals.

Also pointing out that if a shot is on, take it. If you're in the box and defence is backing off, why pass? Etc.

Good insight that video. Alot of youngsters on show. No sign of our more established players, ie Fadinger, Longelo, AP, Eythor, Said etc.  Maybe Max was training them.

I also enjoyed his advice about not just passing the ball the way your nose is pointing.
