Agree with previous poster, defence a bit ropey,2 cb maybe still to gell, another thing and maybe its just me,the chant of so fuxxing easy didnt sit well with me especially with fans being made welcome and hb players off to bed for their daytime jobs.

Indeed, it would be nice to maintain some humility on our European travels

Safely through but can't help but feel that a better team would have punished us tonight. Plenty to work on and still some match sharpness to come. Onwards and upwards. Looking forward to league business returning at the weekend. COYW!

Hibs level on Agg after 15 mins should be tough game For us this weekend

Hibs were always favourites for me in this Euro tie, even after their loss last week.

I can't say that I heard that, but you're right, it isn't a good look. I know that it's a bit of banter, but our fans should be more respectful of the opposition.

That said, let's not take anything away from the display. Given the lack of resources and the upheaval, AJ has done well to get a tune from the team in such a short time. Progress through the rounds is a nice little money earner, and great for the fans. Long may it continue.

Of course, the real test will come on Sunday, when we play a team of equal standard.

If 'so fucking easy' is the worst behaviour from the trip then the fans have done well.

All aboard the bible bus 🙏 🚌

If "don't be an arse to your inoffensive hosts" is too high a bar, then I suppose so.

Age of tonight's goalkeeper, back four, and midfield..

24

23 22 25 22

23 25 19

Bit of disorganisation in the defence could be put down to them having not played together much but I'm concerned that a slight lack of an experienced organiser either in defence or midfield might also be a factor.

Maybe age isn't necessarily a factor, it's leadership. Both games I felt lke there wasn't anyone being particularly vocal. Likes of Watt, Welsh, McGinn and even Slattery were there last season. Maybe it'll come with the likes of Moorman when he settles in but I'm putting the shaky defence down to that lack of am organiser rather than individual abilities....
