  1. I wouldn't bet on it, they haven't been able to get a working network connection to upload the interviews etc. they've done already.
  2. You should have your feckin phone switched aff then
  3. Here's a direct link to that bit.
  4. Hope so mate… I suspect your success rate will depend on whether you have to recover from your credit card company or from PayPal. If you have to go through the latter's dispute resolution process, it could get messy.
  5. If he turns out half as well as the last young midfielder I remember having a torrid first start against St Mirren, he'll do fine.
  6. Hopefully he'll be too busy trying to do a bit of business on the transfer market for the next week or so.

    New Dugout

To be honest, I always think Recaro seats look a bit daft in any dugout, let alone ours. But I suppose anything that tarts up the old place a bit for free ain't to be sniffed at.
  8. If you could be arsed, I suppose you could ask them which bank that was, and then check with that bank yourself if they do have that policy. (But if they're really good scam artists, they'll have checked that such a policy does exist anyway.) Have to say, though, if I was as suspicious as you seem to be, I'd just not be handing over any money at all.
  9. Vaguely remember hearing we'd be allowed to bring in one player up to the Wednesday night, dunno if that's actually true though.
  10. Hamstring strain, unlikely to play on Thursday I'd guess.
  11. Been all Motherwell for the last 10 mins or so, two or three good chances to double our lead.
  12. I'm not a military man, but IIRC they still use it too -- 2400 when used to indicate the end of a day, and 0000 when used to indicate the start of a day.
  13. IIRC in French, it's still more common to say 2400 rather than 0000, which would explain UEFA's preference. Used to be common enough in English too, until digital clocks came along.

  15. Home kit with Euro lettering, same as last week.
  16. But with a strike rate like that, wouldn't be playing for Motherwell, or anyone else in the SPL.

    T-Shirt Design

Wrong thread for this really, but the full article from the Record yesterday: http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/motherwell-keeper-darren-randolph-left-1229854
  18. 7.45pm UK time, 9.45pm Athens time. (The 6.45pm time you saw was presumably GMT, which the rest of the world still uses as a reference even though we in the UK are an hour ahead of that at the moment.)

    Shoutbox

Works fine on my iPad and my Android phone (when I turn off the mobile theme), so odd that it wouldn't work on a Galaxy.
  20. They're on a run of 34 unbeaten league games.

    Away In Athens

I'm all for giving it a go to try and get the first goal. But if we lose the first goal ourselves, continuing to go gung-ho and losing 8-0 wouldn't do anybody any good, not least the players' confidence. Just trying to keep the score respectable if we went a goal or two down on the night might not be particularly entertaining, but the players would probably benefit more from it.
  22. Anybody who still contacts the Daily Record in this day and age to make a point about a football match is presumably doing so because they don't know how to work they computer hings. I'll reserve judgment on the folk who still read it
  23. To be honest I didn't think any of the crosses Higdon was on the end of tonight were "great" ... all far too floaty, he was having to do too much of the work that a good whipped cross would have done for him.
  24. Medium Wave goes a long way... Have had decent Radio Scotland reception in Bristol, Cambridge, Bournemouth and Dublin over the years!
