The early signs been really encouraging and hopefully the players have bought into his ideas. Would have preferred until the end of the season with the carrot of a 2 year contract if he kept us up, but understand why he would want more security than that if he is having to give up the development job. Good to see some positivity about the appointment. With the good start he has made it has re-energised the support, which in itself could make all the difference in our upcoming fixtures.
