A very enjoyable and relatively stress free 90 minutes, I'm getting quite used to this. As enjoyable as Tuesday but in a different way.

Man for man we were better right across the board, I can't think of a single one of their team I would want at F P.

As for that referee, wow!!!!

A hard fought and completely deserved win. Until the first goal I didn’t see it going our way but what a great move and great finish from the talisman. And great to see Watt on the scoresheet again, he’s been absolutely pivotal for us the last couple of games.

On to Easter Road next week.

Bring on the Hibees!

How many did Saints bring,?  didn't look.a lot

8k , last year and before, even with a good mfc, lucky to get 5k

They announced it as 800 odd I think, about 6,950 'Well fans which is quite astonishing but totally deserved given what we are witnessing on the park.

Our home crowds are increasing for the first time since the 1990s as far as I can see!

It’s great to see and appears that us playing attractive football and winning matches regularly does help.

They make me eat my words every week. I said last week we wouldn't get over 7000 home fans this season and there you go 7100 home fans. Absolutely incredible to think the last time we had these crowds was when John Boyle took over and was throwing cash about like a man with no arms and the catastrophic consequences that has.

Thoroughly enjoyed that game again today but it still rattles my chops that that pile of shite won a trophy this season. They are garbage and there was no more a Robbo masterclass as there was in the semi final.

This is just brilliant.  Kudos to the players coaching staff and JBA.  We need to appreciate this and sign all the players to long term contracts.  If we can get in a reliable striker then Ooft.   Praise to the board to for doing their diligence and getting in JBA.  I have a feeling we will need to be doing it in the summer again.  Over the moon. Glad we beat St Mirren

next Saturday now is crucial. A win against hibs gives us some breathing room in 4th and keeps the pressure on for us to climb the table even more. Would qualification for Europe keep JBA with us?

7934 crowd, 800 Saints fans , 7134 Home fans truly incredible when you consider how stagnant our crowds have been for years. Average home attendance for the season now 7989.

We're the talk of the toon.

I still find especially Just and Said plus Slattery to an extent very frustrating to watch from a goal-scoring point of view.

Could they benefit from being more direct (i.e. taking quick shots, shots from further out and crossing in quicker)?

I think they’d certainly benefit from a wee bit of coaching.
Just likes to take an extra touch/cut back.
Slats has the power to hit ones from outside the box more often.
Said needs a bit more composure around the box. He has incredible skills but seems his brain goes haywire the closer he gets to goal.
however, they are still great to watch amd if they can improve their game, who knows where we will end up.

Was a bit scrappy in the first half but we eventually took a grasp of the game after about 20 minutes and ran out deserved winners.

Another clean sheet too.

If we can get something at Easter Road we have Livingston and Kilmarnock coming up in the league.

We have the best defence in the league and are the most consistent performers in the league.

BELIEVE.

Great win, good performances all over the park.

Probably like a lot of Well fans, felt like we owed them one.

Game started they way St Mirren would have wanted it to but as someone used to say, "we earned the right to play". Thought we actually competed better than them for the majority of the game.

Couple of cracking goals and could have been more.

Another game where the opposition have said that's their worst performance of the season, funny that.
