Happyhonest
Any fees on these transfers or are they both frees?

joewarkfanclub
On the face of it, those seem like 2 decent signings. Both in positions we will need to fill, both young with decent youth pedigree and room for development. Hopefully the reality is as good as the data and that there are more incoming! texanwellfan
We almost have a team for Europe 😀
texanwellfan
I’m assuming Just will move on but will we have him back for a couple of European games? Or will he be on break after WC and straight to new pastures? im assuming for Watt and others that they are continuing to be Motherwell’s players for the momemt and are part of the preseason training etc.

Maswanhise didn't travel due to a facial injury...
Big Stall
Given the noises from the club over the last 6 months, cant see us selling them all. Last one to get a decent offer may have to stay till january or next summer
Big Stall
Signings look positive on paper. Hopefully a few gems in over the summer to replace our leaving assets

MFCL84
A couple of exciting signings. Vogt's stats look very good last season, though I don't know about the quality of the Swiss Challenge League. Regardless, 12 goals and 7 assists for a team that finished bottom of the league shows that he is capable of scoring and creating in a struggling team. That is much more difficult to do than creating and scoring in a successful team. Looking good. Martin Moorman seems like the perfect replacement for Welsh. Let's hope that both are fit, stay fit, and have successful spells at the Mighty Well. Hopefully the start of a very successful summer window. A long way to go, but it looks like a good start. thewelllfan
Vogt you would assume is the Maswanhise replacement. Seems to be a plays across the front 3 type of attacker. Moorman replaces Welsh. He's Left footed and seems to be decent with the ball. I think we're probably still looking at another 7-10 signings before we're ready for the season: We need another CB at least maybe 2 McGinns out for months and McGhee is injury prone Need a LB. Would take James Furlong back if possible. Need a CM potentially. Need a Halliday replacement and potentially a Watt replacement if he's sold Need probably 2 attacking midfielders. Slattery is gone and Just will likely follow. Need a LW/RW what ever side we plan to use Vogt we need comp on the other side. Unless we think Luca Ross can make an impact. We need a ST. Bjorgolffson looks promising, Maswanhise is away realistically and Stamatelopolous will likely follow him out the door. Hendry looks like he'll be out for months so we need 1 potentially 2 Strikers in the door. I'd expect 5/6 to also leave - Just, Maswanhise, Watt, Stama, Oxborough, Wilson. 2/3 should be loans - CB can be cover until McGinn is back, ST to cover until Hendry is back, we have a decent track record of Loan LB signings. Gent, Furlong etc.
