Rangers are interested in Longelo, Fadinger is apparently wanted by Hamburg and Swansea have apparently bid for Maswanhise. If any of those moves happen we need to dip back into the transfer market and see who's available. There is no way Rangers are signing Longelo. They have Penrice and the boy Romens will be back at some point. AND they would never pay what we are asking for him. Someone else might come in for him but it wont be Rangers and Id say unlikely to be Celtic for the same reason. Id love to hold onto Manny but we do have Williams to play there, albeit it would leave us short there again. If Maswanhise does go, then I hope its for decent money and we have a replacement lined up. Fadinger should be going nowhere this season. He signed a contract extension and integral to everything we do. His form is unlikely to drop off, so we will still be able to cash in on him next season. We need to leave Alfred with something to build around in terms of experience/structure etc.
mfc
I really hope we keep a hold of longelo,he's started the season I really good form,I think him playing further forward and williams at left back could be an interesting option for us.
Prestwickwell
Don’t think we can afford to lose longelo or fadinger if a decent bid comes in for maswanise I’d take it ( anything north of 2 for me ) hope we’ve got moves lined up in the background incase
Spit_It_Out
i wouldnt be shocked if Longelo and Maswanise left and we replaced them with loan signings. Maswanise i could handle but Longelo going would be a bit of a nightmare.
wellsince75
When Williams signed I thought Longelo might be off ski . to be fair he’s been immense , the number of assists and goals for a left back are incredible . as long as we got a fair price - suspect all players are sellable . Not sure what the price would be - maybe close to £2m ?
weeyin
From what I have seen, Williams would be an excellent replacement for Longleo. I don't want him to leave as he has been one of our top performers, but at least we recruited a quality alternative.
texanwellfan
Tomorrow is deadline for England amd most of europe so we have one day to remain unscathed. no selling to Scottish teams !!!!

Wellfan91
Dylan Levitt confirmed, great signing that! Shift on the wage stealer and replace him with a centre forward that wants to be at the club and possibly another defender and it's been a great first window for Alfie! Really pleased with the signing, really impressed when he was at Utd. Who's the wage stealer? If Stama then he has been injured
grizzlyg
Can I just ask what does the year option mean? We do this with all our signings now. Does it literally mean a 3yr deal?
FirParkCornerExile
Another midfielder ?? is this an indication Fadinger is leaving? hope not.

Was back on bench against Freiburg, never got on, walked down the tunnel instead of coming onto the pitch to applaud the fans with the rest of the players. I have been told by sources at the club he isn't interested and wants to go back home, so time to move him on!
MJC
Really chuffed with Levitt signing, as long as he stays injury free he’ll be a great addition. I don’t see us getting through the window unscathed without losing one or more key player unfortunately with Fadinger and Longelo being the most obvious ones but will be will be. Maswanhise hasn’t kicked his own backside since February so if we get a decent bid in for him then we’ll have done well out of that one. The fact his loan club have shown no interest in signing him despite given the option to buy suggests he did fuck to impress at Sydney. Id take the hit and cancel his contract.

Kmcalpin
Pleased with Dylan Levitt. That gives us more more attacking options. An odd type of signing though as I thought we were well off for attacking midfielders. Departures to come?
joewarkfanclub
Well, I didnt see that one coming! Not sure we really needed another midfielder, but as others have said, it may signify that Fadinger is outgoing. That would be a hard one to take, but if he does go we will certainly get good money for him given he just signed a contract extension. Hopefully it doesnt come to that and we are just going all in for a title push this season! (I am joking). Its gonna be a nervy 24 hours (I dont expect us to sell anyone to another Scottish club). If we can get through it unscathed, Im really excited about the season ahead and what this team could achieve. Re Maswanhise. I kinda agree with others that we should accept any reasonable bid, purely as he is entering the last year of his contract and losing him for nothing next season would be silly. It would leave us short on the attacking side though, so we would still need a replacement in. So we should be careful what we wish for. Roll on midnight! Kmcalpin
Apologies, I got this wrong, It appears that Levitt is more of a deep lying defensive midfielder. Not sure of the significance of that in terms of potential departures.

mio
I know the name but Levitt is someone I know little about. Hopefully he’s a good signing. I am a bit concerned about Fadinger now. Really do not want to lose him. When everyone was gushing over just and Slattery I felt he was more important to the team as a whole. Be gutted if he were to leave.
