That last 15 mins we were all over them they were never going to score and Beaton couldn't wait to make call looked at the screen for about 10 secs then yep pen.

Disgusting even if that was the other way about I be saying its an utter disgrace of a call but tonight embarrassing for Scottish football.

Off the top of my head I think we won 7 last season and we didn't even make the Top 6 so that was in less matches.

We've been on the end of some very poor refereeing decisions recently but at the end of the day you still have to find a way to win.

Also on a 1 win in 9 run right now.

Feeling pretty scunnered, this is a season that promised a lot but it's ended poorly.

Really need to get the result we need at the weekend.

 

 

Correct, it has been a great season but we can't ignore some very obvious facts. When the chips are down we've come up short. We need to bury that stat on Saturday but I'm not convinced, it would just be typical to end our season in 5th having been 4th for so long. One win in 9 is poor irrespective how the games have actually panned out.

I thought Motherwell were fantastic tonight.

Really, really unlucky in key moments of the game but the travesty of the penalty aside, it is equally a travesty if we as Motherwell fans cannot appreciate that performance tonight 

That team did not bottle it tonight. They were the better side in almost every aspect of the game and but for two moments of real quality from Maeda and Nygren they would have won the match.

We have indeed been on the wrong end of very poor refereeing decisions, tonight's being the worst by a country mile. 

I agree we've been falling short. However, even if we finish 5th, which I think we will, it will have been a great season and the team will have achieved way above my expectations.

Sparrow was amazing tonight and Johnny K had a good game for being out for so long.

But for the love of god please do not start Maswanhise up front in the middle move him to the right and drop Said start Hendry.

There’s no doubting the standards of football and the pleasing on the eye entertainment has been unreal this season but there defo is sadly and in reality another side of the story . 
 

AP going on loan, not signing a striker of any ability and persisting with masswanhise has sadly been catalysts to a really poor end to the season . Europe should have been sewn up weeks ago and we’ve bottled it severely / that’s just a fact.

Tonight’s  corruption is another story altogether but we as a club are as much to blame as the other 9 outwith the old firm as we just don’t stand up for ourselves and seem to except it. 
 

The scenes at the end tonight were shocking but nothing new but we as a club should be doing much more to avoid that and protect our players and fans. Strathclydes finest hiding in their vans outside are a disgrace . Infact the sfa spfl and the police are all as corrupt as each other

Just back home, still feckin ragin at the blatant corruption on show, and the var assisted controversial decision we all new was coming. In all seriousness the clubs should be in the SFA's faces about the Var shitshow and the ridiculous and corrupt decisions we get week after week.

We should have had 4th place sorted weeks ago but 1 game to go avoid defeat and it will be job done, a point tonight would not have changed that scenario, so lets get the result we need on Saturday to end tge season on a high.

Having seen some of the video clips, I’m not sure how VAR amd Beaton can be 100% sure he played the ball with his hand. For me the big clue is how the ball went out for a throw, the flight of the ball would strongly suggest he headed it.
