I was right though. 🤷‍♂️

A draw was a good result given how the game went and a last minute leveller sickened the St.Mirren fans so that is a positive.

Questions need to be asked over the way we surrendered a 2-0 lead within minutes at the end of the first half to go in behind at the interval.

I’m happy with the draw given the context of the game.

Yup losing 2-0 lead definitely needs addressed but we are still in transition.   Come on.

.gies a smile

St Mirren are bullying us and Kevin Clancy is letting play go on whereas a lot of Scottish referees would rather blow their whistle for every challenge.

That Celtic loving bastard has never forgiven us for skippy Sunday.  Big mammys boy.

I think Craig McLeish deserves a lot of credit. After years of hoofball and hammer-throwing, he's got them playing some nice stuff. They still have that edge to them and got away with similar fouls to the ones that we were penalised for.

Would have taken a point before the game and was more than happy with the point at the end of it...honestly, I dont think it can be underestimated how much these European matches take out of the players. Annoyed that we are playing midweek again to be honest.

Once the season settles down to just playing mainly saturdays I think we will a real threat to most teams

A mixed bag for us today. St Mirren played us at our own game and they were pretty good at it. Looking at the BBC stats we matched each other blow for blow.

Positives

We still managed to dominate possession.

First 20 mins we could have been out of sight.

We kept right going to the end and got a reward

Passing accuracy was over 90%. Generally we need to be above 85% to take something but St Mirrens was also 84%

Lowry was excellent

Negatives

Lost most 50/50 balls

Didn't create much with superior possession

Defensively all over the place at times.

Maswanhise ... dear god hes turning into quite a poor player, irrespective of the goal. .

Longlleo too often squared it when a few times he should have had a go cos himself cos hes got a good shot on him.

A draw was a fair result but huge room for improvement after first 20 mins.

BTW how the fuck did Clancy miss the handball. He should be mortified that had to go to VAR every cunt in the stadium bar him saw it.

Probably, equally  going against us, is the lack of practise time for AJ with the players

I think items 2 and 3 in your negatives list will Improve drastically once AJ has more practice time on the field with the players

Still can’t quite believe Clancy didn’t spot the Gogic penalty. Must be one of the worst misses I think I’ve ever seen from a referee.

he was appalling all game…. Embarrassment of a ref.

Officials are as shocking as our defending.

Games gone. The pace has dropped and we appear to have run out of ideas and hunger to get back into it.

We were knackered after 30 mins and St Mirren took full advantage of that. Closing us down quickly and harassing us . The keeper was brilliant all game

The way we pushed on for the last 10min to get the equilizer was heroic . It was obvious some were out on their feet after the last three weeks exploits . Good result but it should have been 4-0 early doors. Don't you just love a last minute goal.
